I build the context, workflow, and adoption architecture that makes AI useful inside real teams. At Fortis Games, I rebuilt and now manage a governed AI platform used by all 26 members of my department, co-manage release orchestration across nine departments, and design privacy-aware support integrations. Behind that is nine years leading business operations, including a VP seat where I ran a 28-person organization through 7 direct reports and controlled a $2-3M operating budget for a $4M agency. I am a trained designer who directs AI-assisted builds and validates what comes back, not a software engineer. I care whether systems work, whether people trust them, and whether they last.
